Electronic Manufacturing Services

TRICOR’s electronic manufacturing services produce a wide variety of products for our customers. In addition, we are an FDA registered Medical Device Manufacturer. We can produce small quantities of prototypes and pre-production units to large quantities such as the 50,000+ unit/year rate achieved on the Wand™ System.

Our products range from simple cables and printed circuit card assemblies (through hole and automated SMT) to fully tested electro-mechanical products ready for delivery.

We have received Performance Excellence Awards from Boeing seven years in a row and have been nominated twice for Supplier of the Year. TRICOR manufactures Test Equipment, Printed Circuit Card Assemblies, Wiring and Cables for Boeing. Similar products are produced for the Air force and the Navy. Long term agreements exist (since 1990) with Collins Aerospace for specialized electronic equipment used on Boeing and Aerospace aircrafts. Some of these products were also designed by TRICOR.

TRICOR’s electronic contract manufacturing is set apart from other firms because of its attention to detail. All efforts are reviewed by engineering. Discrepancies in manufacturing data are found, customers are notified, and problems are corrected before the product is built. This approach has produced customer commendations and loyalty. Every product is considered our product no matter whose name goes on it.

Working from schematics, or less than complete data, is regarded as a challenge and not an impossible task.
